Same knife family. Different market name.
Historically, STING became one of the models through which many people first discovered Daggerr. As the family expanded, it became both an everyday tool and a collecting thread with multiple sizes, materials, mechanisms and limited executions.
For current international communication, the naming rule is simple: ZHALO in the United States; STING in other markets. A U.S. retailer may therefore list ZHALO Mini where a European retailer lists STING Mini.
HOW THE FAMILY EXPANDED
One idea, deliberately different scales.
The original standard-size family reference.
The larger version, scaled up from the standard model.
A smaller interpretation built around compact everyday carry.
The ultra-small member of the family, designed as much around personality as utility.
A variation built around Daggerr's crossbar-style X-Lock mechanism.
A leaner continuation of the family now represented in the current Daggerr archive.
The millimeter values above describe the historical core family documented by Daggerr. Materials, colors and exact versions change over time and retailer inventory can differ by market.
ONE FAMILY · TWO MARKET NAMES
STING and ZHALO are the same Daggerr family.
You may see “Daggerr ZHALO” in a U.S. store or review and “Daggerr STING” in an older video, Museum entry or European shop. The name changes with the market; the model family does not. The same rule applies to variants such as STING Slim / ZHALO Slim.
Not every version is stocked in every market. Check Where to Buy, and if the exact model or finish is missing, ask the retailer whether they can source it.
