START WITH YOUR DEALER

Local rules and processes come first.

Warranty periods, coverage and claim procedures can differ by country, local law and seller. Contact the dealer that sold the knife first: the dealer knows the transaction and the service route available in your market.

Describe the issue clearly and provide photographs when requested. Your local consumer rights and the dealer's published terms continue to apply.

IF QUESTIONS REMAIN

Daggerr will help find the next step.

If the dealer cannot resolve the question, or you are unsure whom to contact, email info@daggerrknives.com. Tell us your country, the model name, where you bought it and what happened.

We believe ownership is a relationship, not the end of a sale. Daggerr stands with its community and works to give every owner a practical path forward.

PARTS & GUIDANCE

Some problems can be solved without international shipping.

When a suitable replacement part is available and a user-safe repair is appropriate, Daggerr may send the part with clear instructions. Availability depends on the model, production history and the nature of the issue. We will first discuss the problem and confirm the safest solution.

MOSCOW SERVICE CENTER

Inspection, sharpening and full maintenance.

Daggerr's service center is located in Moscow. Owners can arrange to send a knife for inspection, sharpening and complete maintenance. The customer pays the shipping costs; the service team will examine the knife and agree the appropriate work.

Parts for discontinued models may be limited, but we will explain what can be done before the knife is sent.

BEFORE YOU SEND ANYTHING

Always contact us first.

Email info@daggerrknives.com before shipping a knife to Moscow. We will discuss the issue in detail, confirm whether direct service is the right route, and provide the current shipping instructions. Do not send a knife without this confirmation.
